The NESCO FD-80P 4-tray Square Food Dehydrator is 700 Watts of drying power dries foods quickly and evenly for quality in dehydrating. The FD-80P is ideal for jerky with the square trays allowing jerky to be dried flat and evenly - no angling them to fit a round surface with 200 more square inches of drying space then traditional round models. It can be expanded to 8 trays with the purchase of additional trays. Featuring adjustable thermostat enables you to set precise temperature and drying time for consistent results and automatic shut-off prevents over-drying. The patented Converga-Flow drying system ensures fast, even heat distribution and dries in hours, not days with no flavor mixing and no need to rotate trays. The Bail Handle provides easy powerhead removal. The FD-80P is packed with 4 trays, base, and fruit roll sheet; all components are dishwasher safe except the powerhead.
